FEES
All fees are calculated on a per quote basis. Variables include working hours, event scale, participation size, performance setting and job duration.
TRAVEL
Within the UK: a return journey from SE12 at either £0.30 per mile or standard rail fare.
International: departure from any London airport, economy fare and standard luggage allowance + £30 for UK airport transfers + any additional transport provided upon arrival.
ACCOMMODATION
Self-contained, Air BnB or Hotel room.
PER DIEM
Upon quotation: for prolonged stays where incurred expenses require reimbursement.
All food and drink must be 100% vegan and non-alcoholic - (no allergy requirements).
CANCELLATION
All bookings cancelled within 14 days notice must be paid in full, including any bookings made within 14 days before commencement.
In the event of illness or injury, I will either provide a suitable replacement of equal skill and experience or a reschedule can be made providing it suits my availability.
PAYMENT
An invoice will be sent upon completion of the booking and must be paid in full within 14 days after the booking takes place.
All payments should be paid via bank transfer. Any international payments must cover currency conversion fees to ensure the payment cleared to me is as quoted in GBP.
In some instances, cash payments may be available upon request.
